They will tell you that the proposed “treasure” under “your skillful management” will bring even more income, what the owner at the moment receives.
And here it is worth asking yourself two important questions:
Why such a profitable object is sold: is a believing German really missing the opportunity to make excellent money?
Do I really know the features of the local market, and I can control better?
