If you have purchased an investment property in the US and believe you have made a mistake in the valuation, we can conduct a thorough analysis of all aspects of your investment.

For example, they did not understand what property taxes they needed to pay, and as a result, non-payment led to large fines. Or the housing was poorly renovated in violation of building regulations, and then the owners were forced to pay for the assessment and rework by licensed contractors and inspectors. Or the tax office charged them fines for failure to submit annual reports, but they did not understand this and did not pay the fines on time, which led to additional penalties.
