What options for the location of the cottage are offered
By the location of the village we will go from the general to the private. First, we choose the desired direction: the southern, northern, western, north-west, etc. For example, you are considering only the southern direction. Next, select the highway on which the village will be located. For example, on Simferopol highway there are such cottage villages as: “South Lakes”, “Magic Country”, “Old Kuzmenki”, “Romanov Park”.
Next, you need to evaluate the remoteness of the village from the city. It is bad if the village is very close to the Moscow Ring Road (closer than 30 km), but too far is too bad, because you will have to spend a lot of time on the road. South lakes (63 km from the Moscow Ring Road), “Old Kuzmenki” (65 km), “Magic Country” (67 km) are not far from each other. This is the optimal distance from Moscow. But Romanovsky Park is already very far away – at a distance of 91 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
If the “Magic Country”, “Old Kuzmenki” and “Romanovsky Park” are located so that they can only be reached along the Simferopol highway, then two highways – Simferopol and Kaluzhskoye at once, lead to Southern Lakes. So, there are no problems with traffic jams here!
