Investment in real estate in Germany is a profitable solution
Want to start a business in Germany, and on the Internet there are many proposals interesting for real estate investment? Excellent use of money – purchased several hotels, shops, office centers with ready -made tenants, and do not work: the money began to arrive at your account on the day of purchase. But there are several features.
The seller will ask for 10 to 50% prepayment – you put the money on the bank account, and you will not be able to pick it up back (protection against an unscrupulous buyer): this is a normal practice for Germany. At the same time, an agreement is concluded, on the basis of which the pledge can be returned to the buyer within seven days (or the term specified in the contract). But, if the buyer violates at least one of the clauses of the contract, he can’t see the pledge – even the court will not help.
